Wellness Group for New Mams: A space to help mothers to identify what is going on for them at this time, connect with others that feel similar and help them identify supports that will work for them and then to progress on to complete the Enjoy your Baby Programme to gain CBT skills and self-awareness.

Post Natal Support Group: All classes will be delivered based upon Treating Postnatal Depression: Each group session will be delivered over a six week period with a meet and greet session for mothers prior to the course commencing.
