Enjoy Your Bump:  Free online course that mums in waiting can log into at their own convenience. The course promotes wellbeing during pregnancy. Work out why you feel as you do, how to tackle problems, build confidence, get going again, feel happier, stay calm and tackle upsetting thinking and more.

Enjoy Your Baby:  Free online course that new mums can log into at their own convenience. This course can help new mams to make positive changes in their lives and start to enjoy parenthood. Participants learn how to improve their feelings when they feel low, worried or hopeless and will learn skills that help them tackle problems in their lives

Wellness Group for New Mams: A space to help mothers to identify what is going on for them at this time, connect with others that feel similar and help them identify supports that will work for them and then to progress on to complete the  Enjoy your Baby Programme to gain CBT skills and self-awareness.

Post Natal Support Group: All classes will be delivered based upon Treating Postnatal Depression: Each group session will be delivered over a six week period with a meet and greet session for mothers prior to the course commencing.

Baby Stay & Play, PEEPS:  The Learning Together Programme (LTP) aims to help parents and carers to improve the quality of the Home Learning Environment by valuing and extending learning opportunities in everyday life, and to develop secure relationships with their babies and children by supporting parents/carers. The programme aims to improve children’s; personal, social and emotional development; communication and language; early literacy; early maths; health and physical development.
