Mindfulness

Mindfulness for Children: Includes an 8-week creative mindfulness programme which can be adapted to suit children aged 4 to 12 years. Some topics covered teaching awareness practices to children, teaching mindfulness of emotions to children, teaching children self-compassion and kindness practices.

Mindful Parenting :The 8-week mindful parenting programme covers topics such as: principles of mindful parenting; building parent/child connection; active listening, reflection, gratitude, acceptance and self-compassion practices; Understanding the child’s brain,  children’s emotions and mindfulness for children’s activities.
